We use organic jasmine petals and blend them with green tea into a fine matcha grade powder. This is a totally different experience from your traditional matcha, which is made with steamed green tea leaves. Even those who claim they don’t like matcha can get on board with this one. On top of that, this matcha delivers a concentrated dose of L-theanine, an amino acid that may improve cognitive performance.

For the best matcha experience, add ½ teaspoon to 2 oz of water no hotter than 175°. Whisk until frothy, then add 6 oz of water or milk. This matcha is great for hot or iced lattes, smoothies and more.
