Scottish Caramel butter tea

       • 1⁄2 tsp Scottish Caramel tea leaves

       • 8 oz 212° water

        1 tsp of grass-fed ghee

       • dash of pink salt

       • honey, maple syrup, non-dairy milk to taste (optional)

1. steep the Scottish Caramel tea in the 212° water for 5 minutes.

2. remove and discard steeped tea leaves. add ghee, salt, and your other optional ingredients. blend until frothy.

3. sip & savour

African Honey iced tea (caffeine free)

        7 tsp African honey tea leaves

        12 oz 212° water

       2 tsp of honey (optional)

       20 oz iced water (filtered recommended)

1. steep African Honey tea in 212° water for 5 minutes.

2. discard tea leaves, mix optional honey into the hot tea, and pour into a pitcher. add ice water into the pitcher and stir.

3. sip & savour

spiced Red Matcha latte (caffeine free)

        heaping 1⁄2 tsp of Red Matcha

       • 1⁄4 tsp of cinnamon

       • 1⁄4 tsp of ginger

       • dash of pink salt

       • 2 oz of 212° water

       • 6 oz of steamed non-dairy milk

       • 1⁄2 tsp of honey and/or grass-fed ghee to taste (optional)

1. whisk or blend Red Matcha, cinnamon, ginger, and salt into 212° water.

2. blend steamed non-dairy milk and optional ingredients into the mixture.

3. sip & savour
